"For two years in a row they have not filed my taxes. Back on March 16th 2022 they provided me with a tax return document filed with my incorrect birthday. It is now August and the issue has not been corrected. Ashley does not answer my phone calls from my direct number and the only way I can get it contact from him is by calling from an alternative number. He claims he is “out of the states” or “on the golf course.” He blames his staff for the errors and consistently tells me to call him back. My filings were simple. Now, I am scrambling to find out whether I can still file my taxes seeing as it is now August. I strongly do not recommend this office. I’m not sure what type of “work” they claim to do other than FRAUD!!!"

Referred to Mr Ashley by a mutual friend and paid him $200 on 5/20/2020 to amend my taxes.He cashed the check the next and has never answered my calls since.I’ve sent several text messages because his voicemail is always full and he only answered when I called from an unknown number.I had no choice but to pay another account to do my amendment, which was done and returned in 24hrs.I’m in the process of filing a lawsuit against this man.Don’t do business with these people or you will regret it."
