"We hired Erico Mathe to file our 2019 personal taxes. In 2020 we received a letter from the state of GA requesting to pay for State taxes . We informed Mr. Mathe of such notice . He said he would take care of this. Sent Mr. Mathe an email requesting to see what he had done to fix the issue. Never replied. In 2022 received the second and third nocite from the state of Georgia stating I owed over $5,000 to the state in fees an penalty. Once again , I sent Mr.Mathe several emails. I had to hire another accountant to resolve the issue ."
