They’re so used to shuckin and jiven with under handed tax preparers, until when they find a good straight forward and honest Tax Preparer they don’t know how to handle it when they realize things are really not the way they thought things were financially. "I have been a customer with Global Tax for over 10 years, with no issues. Suddenly this year I get a notice from the IRS that Global Tax failed to file my w-2 two years ago. I called Vickie Ellis at Global, emailed the documents & physically took them to her. She kept telling me she could file an ammendment but it would be after April 15, 2019 bc they were busy. Now Vickie will not return my emails or calls, and she hasn't addressed their mess up. This place charges almost $1000 to do your taxes in the first place...you would think she would have the dignity to do the right thing by her long time customers. So I'm going to file a complaint with the state to have Global Tax investigated for fraudulent filing practices. I'm thoroughly disgusted at how Global Tax has handled this. Do not be fooled by the "sweet little old lady" act."
