"I have been requesting a copy of the firm's 2018 taxes for over one year. Literally. Needed 2018 taxes to give to the bookkeeper and for our records. I called multiple times. I NEVER received a return phone call. I have emailed. NEVER received a response. After calling every single day for a week I was told that there was a $200 balance on my partner's account. Seriously? I would have paid that day one if I was told. In any event, my partner went to the office two days later (because that is the ONLY way he could get to John). He paid the $200 and was given his taxes. Come to find out they were his personal taxes, NOT the business taxes we had been requesting. Now, I am back to having to call multiple times. I literally have no idea if they were actually even filed. I have someone else working on our 2019 taxes and they are asking for 2018, but we can't even provide them. I was told this week that I would get the taxes emailed to us. Still nothing. This is the most unprofessional, non-responsive professional services firm I have ever dealt with. If my partner uses them for his personal taxes, so be it. Our firm, however, will never be using this company again. Ever."
"Not only it’s impossible to talk to anyone in the office when you need them, it is impossible to get them do any work. I relaized that when I receive a over $1,000 penalty bill from the treasure. Apperantly I got that bill because Rosemary never filed my sales and use taxes!!! And funny thing is, I email my sales figure to her every month, she just didn’t take her precious time!! They took my money every month saying they will file these taxes never did and refused to refund and ignore me!! I feel like I was scammed."
