"I’ve dealt with this company the last two years. The first year I️ sent all my info just for my taxes to not be filed and I received no update or explanation as to why it would not be done when I️ reached out. This year I️ went against my better judgement because my mom has been going for years and swears by the company. I wasn’t notified of the $600 tax fees until AFTER my taxes were filed and it took for me to email 3 times, call countless times from my phone, leave voicemails, then once from another phone to finally get a response. Now any time they need any additional information they reach out to my mom, instead of myself, which is weird since she isn’t filing for me or apart of any of my contact information. This will be the last year filing with this company FOR SURE."
