I made numerous attempts to get Tax Refuge to address the issue, all without success. Tax Refuge next chose to ignore my situation and, eventually stopped corresponding with me. "I would not recommend this place at all the most unprofessional experience I ever had ! Not only was he dishonest but screwed up my taxes which in fact affected my stimulus,when I asked him about it he would avoid my calls and get defensive! I referred someone to him and they still haven’t got there taxes from February and completely screwed there taxes up didn’t file all of their w2 did not complete all of the paper work and has been very aggressive with them when confronted. I understand mistakes but it’s the aggression and not taking accountability that’s is outrageous to me !you have to chase him down just to get answers and when you do he has a bad attitude and excuses, he messed up simple things on taxes that has affected me and my referral.I will never go to him again."
