Not only was she horrible at following up with me, it is now 2024 and I am still going back and forth with the IRS about these 2019 tax returns that were not done properly. I have spent about 40 hours on this, and dealing with the IRS is horrible because the calls get disconnected after about 30 or 40 minutes, and then you have to call back and start all over again."
