"Initial review 6-2-21: Wonderful experience. Right from the start, Mrs. Anita at the front desk made me feel comfortable. She was really friendly and extremely knowledgeable. She had good answers to my questions and truly seems to know what she is talking about. She asked me a few questions, took my paperwork, and checked if anything was missing. She listened to my detailed explanations (I had a lot to say) and asked questions when needed. At that point, I was no longer worried about letting them take care of the return I had to amend. She was honest about the fact that they had a lot of current cases and it will take a while to get to mine. However she encouraged me to call in a month to ask about my case if I do not hear from them by then. As for the price, I was told it couldn’t yet be decided since they do not know how much work my case might need. I will update my review once the case is completed and will give details about how it went and my overall impression. So far, I can say I am glad I called them. I started looking for a CPA closer to the deadline of 2020 taxes and the first agency I called was extremely rude. Cobb CPA Services was the agency I called next. The lady on the phone was pleasant and polite while explaining that they currently had lots of cases and will honestly not be able to work on mine at the moment, but if I call them after May 17th, they would be more than happy to assist me. I had no issues with it as all I needed was to amend my return from a previous year. I didn’t mind waiting at this point and would have liked for that first agency I called to be just as understanding (I will definitely be leaving a one star review on the page of said agency as they deserve)."
