"I never had an issue until this year I file my taxes at riverdale location. I went around 10:00 to pick up my refund no one was there I had to call the other location to reach out to the owner because he wouldn’t respond back to my text. I took Uber there & then I was told to come to the east point location to get turned around saying she couldn’t print the check out without the owner for me to go back to the riverdale location. Then I receive a call from the owner asking me to wait for him because he had an emergency but I’m in Uber. They are very unprofessional & inconsistent with other people time. Then the lady at the riverdale location called me and said she had to drop her mom off at home then she will be at work & hung the phone up in my face. Never again"
