They packed it so well, there was no damage outside of the box whatsoever. They took extra care, and attention to detail to make sure everything was completely protected. "Not good. Popped by with a package that I need to ship to myself in England... (Bought an item that was shipped from Utah > Tallahassee and thought it would fit in roller suitcase for journey back to UK). Was quoted $160 via USPS/Royal Mail (UK) or $350 for Fedex/UPS - The item didnt weight more than 3.5lbs! Yes, the box was around 4.5ft long... Was told categorically that the USPS (cheaper) option wouldnt have any tracking when the item left the US and if there were issues I wouldnt be able to track it... Went to the USPS Post Office on Centreville. $70 including full tracking door to door and it literally took 4 days INCLUDING the weekend to travel from Tallahassee to my other home in England! Talk about fast! I had to ask a neighbour to take it in as it beat me home. I'm all for supporting local businesses however this left a very sour taste in my mouth and felt like I was being deliberatly steered towards the Fedex/UPS option and even the USPS were almost twice the price."

"Super nice person working there! I had a preposted government envelope that I needed to send out, but it was Friday night after the store was closed. It had to be delivered on Monday. I saw the light on at 9:30 @ night and a clerk, or owner, opened the door to help out. He took the envelope & said he would take care of it for me. Thank you for caring and taking the time!"
