"The woman doing my taxes was putting in numbers that I didn't recognize and when I tried to ask her where the numbers came from she got very defensive and rude. My taxes, my liability. They don't seem to care. Beware and check your tax returns. I will definitely not be going here again."

"Called today looking for a CPA and after a few ring a lady answered " Bartlett a& Barnett". I informed her I was inquiring about scheduling a consult and I was new in the market for a CPA. Immediately I was told they were not taking any new clients this year!. I wasn't given and alternative or explanation. I think this is terrible service since I have a business and I would never answer the phone as such. And to turn a client away with no alternative/explanation is preposterous. I recommend searching else where. Best of luck."
