"Yet another trucking company that's 15 years behind the times. Everyone in management all have various business degrees, but none have CDL's... that alone will let you know how they treat their drivers. Also, their parent company, Petro South, has THE WORST customer base i've ever seen, at any trucking job I've been at. -HR department is garbage: Info on workers policies & rights seems to depend on who you talk to, and what day of the week it is. -Communication is practically non-existent. -Truck repairs are never fixed in a timely fashion. -No support from dispatch for night shift. -SAFETY ISSUES GALORE!!!!!!!!! I wouldn't be able to list all the ones I reported. Let's just say, they all went un-addressed. -Company WILL NOT have the driver's back, for any reason. -Delivering to the Robins Air Force Base, with no help on getting contractor badges. Apparently, it's asking too much for them to help their drivers with getting on the base in a timely manner. One good thing to come out of this, is that this will be my last trucking job. Thanks Spencer, Barry, and Cleve (The elusive boss), for making me realize that i've wasted a decade of my life trying to do a job, that is antiquated and on the brink of collapse. Good luck with your career that is slowly being replaced with auto-trucks and machines! I welcome it! I hope to see you three, and all your redneck buddies that you had working for you, in the unemployment line!"
