"HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. FINISHED SHOPPING AND GET TO THE CHECK OUT. MY CASHIER WAS PUTTING WAY TO MUCH ON THE BAGS. SO I WAS DOUBLE BAGGING AT THE SERVICE DESK WHERE TWO INDIVIDUALS WAS JUST STANDING And enjoying their coworkers working their behinds off. So I proceeded to double bag my bags. Ms Tanya, ( front end manager) ( how? Why?), this lady took the whole bag holder and hid it so I could not double bag my bags! I asked where did it go and she walks over to the register with me and I'm still trying to double bag . Y last bag, and refused to give me another bag! Well I got my bag double bagged. Ms Tanya goes back to service desk and proceeds to laugh and make fun of the negativity that was pouring out her pores. I called store five times and she answered and hung up in my face. I will continue to call until I speak to someone I do not appreciate being treated like garbage and this lady doesn't deserve her title! Since she refuses to allow me to speak to her store manager I will proceed to call the DM. Good luck if u go here and I hope ur experience is better but I highly doubt it she was way to comfy treating me like garbage and that tells me it's done daily!"

"Every time I go to the Gray location, the employees are friendly and helpful. The store has always been clean. They have a nice selection of products with good quality. Prices are okay for this area, and they can offer some really great deals."
