"So I've been with liberty for over ten yrs plus. Well I visited the Roseville boulevard location on January 25th and she was very fast and efficient I thought. I told her I wanted a 3000 advance from my taxes and she selected the option. I was trying to get my kids from childcare so I run off activate my card and $2,500 got loaded into my deeb blue debit they provide for me. I thought she may of made a mistake .Well today on February 1st. I reviewed the tax documents and I realized that she did in fact the $3000 loan in fact it says I owe exactly $3094. I'm furious and will be in the office in the morning. Im calling the owner corporate and everyone if I don't get the $500 their saying they gave to me. "Horrible lack of job knowledge. As a tax/loan place offering return advances, they were asking my 6 yr olds address?? I set up a 4:30 appointment, was there an hour before they realized they weren't filing my taxes. Such a waste of time all for nothing. It's not my job to know that it only applies to taxes filed. Change your website and increase your customer service reps."
