"I called and asked for a package to be held so I could pick it up after it was not delivered twice when I get there to pick it up they had accidentally put it on a truck then delivered it to the wrong address and told me to call whoever I ordered it from because it was no longer a FedEx problem."

"I had two freight deliveries within the past month , the first one fedex dispatch was not clear on telling the driver where to go for the delivery , and the driver was confused untill he contacted me directly and it went smooth . Now for the second shipment not only was it Late , but my issue is the fedex Dispatcher Argued with me saying it wasn't late even though I have a email thats shows they were Iate and missed the orginal date , I was surprised at the bad service and Attitude I received from the dispatch agent ."

"who ever this new fed ex driver on our route is smashed my box and tried to stuff it into my mailbox! Good thing there was nothing breakable in the box! We've never had a fed ex driver do that. They are usually polite and leaves stuff on my porch swing."
