"This company would mess up an anvil with a rubber hammer. I purchased an OEM hood for my car from Florida, Seller used this worthless company to have it shipped to a body shop in San Antonio, Tx. On delivery, box was found heavily damaged Body shop rep. told the driver that he needed to inspect the hood for damage (per the sellers instructions) Driver told rep. to go ahead but no matter what, he was not taking the item back. Body shop found damage to hood that was consistent with the box being dropped/manhandled. Driver reiterated that he was not taking shipment back, that a claim needed to be filed with the seller and left. Total B.S. Do not use this company to ship anything."
"I got a job through Personnel Resources last Spring and what a joke!!! We were to take call for Amazon sellers that HAD to use AAA Cooper to ship their products. These sellers live and die by the reviews they get from customers on shipping time. We were pretty much told to lie to these people and tell them "yes a driver is on their way to pick up your package" when in actuality, I just called the hub near them and they have no clue when a truck will be there. The "snooty" staff never really took time to train me correctly and I was called by PR after a month and told "its not working out." No explanation. It was definitely a personal thing and nothing to do with my performance. But they don't pay well anyway and you are with the agency for a year so if they decide after 11 months they just don't like you... they can have PR let you go with no explanation. Terrible people and ethics."
"The CEO as well as safety coordinators do not care about you or your sacrifices made at the company. I gave up so much family time to make a living. I never had a write up no verbal warnings and no accidents. I was let go for the most petty issue. Even my boss was sure I wouldn’t get fired. Here I am unemployed for almost 2 months. It’s sad that there is employees there still who are far worse and are extremely dangerous drivers. This place could be awesome to work for only if you stay in the shadows. If your name ever crosses corporate desk you’re done. There so called Christian values go out the window."
