"No matter what I do FedEx is still incapable of delivering my packages to the right house. I have put detailed instructions in the drivers notes. I have even put up freaking signs near the house they keep delivering to. At this point I can't help but think their drivers never made it past 1st grade. How is it so hard to count to 7? Why do you keep giving up at 3?? Thanks to your mess up my birthday gift was left at the wrong house and was destroyed by the neighbor's dogs."

"Every single time I see Macon, GA on the FedEx tracking, I give up hope of getting my package. They absolutely refuse to deliver the packages to my house. Today they marked it as delivered and took a picture of a random house I do not recognize. At this point, I’ve complained so many times (because you have to complain to get your packages) that it would not surprise me if the drivers were messing up my deliveries in retaliation. Literally every other delivery service can figure it out, including Atlanta FedEx. What is the problem with Macon?"

"Worst facility in Georgia. EVERY order I have made that goes through this Macon location is either 'lost', delayed, or I watch it ride around on a truck for 2-3 weeks in tracking. No excuse for such poor service. They need an entirely new crew to take over this place."

"FedEx needs to hire people who can read and willing to do their job. I've been waiting for a package that was due Saturday but never made it saying the address didn't exist.. it's strange it doesn't exist after we had a package delivered through FedEx on Thursday just two days before but different driver. Same thing happened again today with the same package and I'll be waiting another day for my stuff. Please stop hiring these ignorant lazy people!!!"
