John 3:16 Transport LLC

"***PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE*** My truck broke down in Miami and I was stuck for 4 days under the scorching sun, without water, food or a bathroom and unable to sleep because I couldn't close my windows since the truck was down, trying to figure out how to get back to Atlanta... I'm currently homeless due to medical issues that got out of control, so my truck is literally my home... I went online and found a website that gives you multiple quotes from various companies... I came across this company and placed my faith in them despite being $200 more expensive than the 1st company that contacted me because their company name (John 3:16) showed up as soon as I had just got done praying to God for a way out so I saw this as a sign from God (I expressed all of this to J, the person assisting me and the driver)... He told me that they were the carrier and not the broker, I believed in him because he sounded humane and empathetic to my dire situation... within less than 2 hours a man shows up and hooks up my truck, I barely had enough time to book the flight or grab clothes because the driver pressured me so I ended up in PJs n flip flops in the street, anywho I get to the airport ($5.60 thanks to some points) and make it to Atlanta by 7:40a... both J and the driver had told me between 8a and 10a arrival... I call and the driver says between 10a and 12p... I called again he says 1:30p to 2:30p... then again he bumps it to 3:45, ends up arriving just after 4p... mind you I'm in the street in the heat of Atlanta with nowhere to go in PJs waiting an entire day till this guy finally shows up... when I go to make the payment he starts yelling that I have to Zelle him the $500 so of course I call J at John 3:16 and he tells me not to talk to the driver because he's been problematic all day (excuses on delay and disputes with customers and not following direction) but he's refusing to give me my truck and J isn't getting the situation under control... you would think that since my contract is with him that he'd have this all squared away... NOPE! I ended up having to call 911 because the driver (I found out after) was fighting over a bs $100 that J would be keeping out of the $500... so literally hours later I finally get my truck after having to pay the $500 to J (which is what made sense because he's the company I contracted). Not once did J or anyone apologize for me having to go through this, no discounts were offered for the inconvenience- just them fighting heartlessly over the pathetic $100 difference while I sat tired and dehydrated looking at my home/my truck! Bottom line: these people are sketchy and disorganized and greedy for making me the customer suffer over $100 despite knowing I have nothing and I'm a female who just sat for days in the sun... and not even an apology...That was a trash 1st experience! Definitely the last and I'll be calling the BBB and all the parties that need to look into this sketchy business! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, SADLY I HAVE TO GIVE AT LEAST 1 STAR!"
