"We stayed for the weekend and had an incredible experience! Communication was fantastic and the contactless check-in was seamless and went with no issues. We stayed in the Peach Blossom Suite which was spotless. We received a text each morning when breakfast was ready at our chosen time, both breakfasts were delicious! We were sad to check out with how wonderful our entire stay was. We even forgot a stuffed animal, and as we were about to pull away an employee ran the plushie out to us. We already can’t wait until we get to come stay again!"
"This is a truly perfect location to either walk to Little 5 or hop on Marta to downtown, but unfortunately the property and management need some help. We had an especially frustrating night that never got resolved. After getting back late from a downtown concert, about 11:30PM, we flipped our light switch which then must have flipped a breaker. No lights or power in our room. Of course it was late and we were going to bed anyway, so we sent a message and crashed for the night after muddling through with our phone lights. We wake up and still have no help with the power other than a text saying "the owner apologizes". We never heard a peep after that and never got the power restored for the remainder of our stay. There was also no WiFi signal in our room at any point in our stay, and the WiFi in the downstairs area was shaky at best. I'm not one to be tethered to my phone, but when on holiday it's pretty important to have a charged phone and wifi access for directions, Marta tickets, concert tickets, etc. In the end, it was a very expensive, impersonal experience that turned out to be far more rustic than expected."
"Great location, very nice hostess, wonderful breakfast two mornings in a row, lots of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Yes, it's black owned and yes, the art and pictures adorning the home and rooms is African-American oriented which I, as an older white fella, found to be wonderfully different and atypical. But my black wife sure did find it cozy and hospitable--as she should have! White or Black (or other!) this is a nice place to spend a couple of relaxing days outside of the franticness of the downtown area, which is less than 15 minutes away!"
"The Peach House is a beautiful home! We got the Peach Blossom Suite and it was a gorgeous spacious room. The private balcony deck was super nice and relaxing after a long day walking around at attractions and such. Nice quiet neighborhood and lovely cool breezes made this a fabulous spot to relax in the evenings with a cup of tea. The claw foot bath tub was also a great way to relax each evening with nice hot water a plenty. The breakfast were delicious! There was an issue with the AC the first night but the owners/caretakers were on the issue quickly and the problem was resolved the next day which we felt was very timely and professional. All in all it was a great place to stay and we would absolutely come back if we are in ATL again."
"This was my second stay at The Peach House, I live in Atlanta and come here for a staycation for moments when I need rest and relaxation. I get exactly that with the calm and relaxing atmosphere of the house that is in a quiet neighborhood. The porch and gazebo are amazing places to just sit to relax and read a book. The breakfast is amazing and I am able to order food on Grub Hub for my meals outside of breakfast. I am definitely going to come back to again for another staycation."
