"This company is a joke! They submitt false ionformation to make themselves relevant while harming companies in the process. They need to be shutdown and held accountable for the atrocities the imposes on trucking companies. They informed a compay that I had a virtual address (which is not true, we have a physcial and mailing address) and a toll free number but for got to include that we have truck parking and other services as well. All in a atempt to make the relevant when the truth is that they are fabricating and embelishing information to attempt to sell a worthless service."

When a trucking company call or email for loads the broķer company go by what carrier 411 have on they database and make a decision by the information they have in there database..But in they database is so wrong and can make or beak your company. The brokers need to go by FMCSA information not by a 3rd party company that lie about company information. And if you call carrier 411 they want talk to you because you a trucking company. They will block your number ,so you can't get your information correctly with them.. P.S. there are a lot trucking companies getting bad information put out to broker companies from CARRIER 411.This is not medium priority, this is urgent matter. Need this telling care of asap. Your company is stop me from getting loads and income. My unsafe driving record with the FMCSA is 20% not 99.8% of what your company have on carrier 411.That what the broker see and turn my company down for unsafe driving."
