"I worked for a capstone for 6 months, I did nothing but my best for this company, they straight up lied to me about the pay to get me hired. There were a plethora of other things that happened during my employment that was shady and unprofessional with the management and now, with tax season here, I get my W2 just to find out that my employer withheld too much. I tried calling my former employer who told me to call the headquarters in Peachtree, Georgia. Thinking this was going to be an easy conversation and with me being an easy going person who talks in a calm and collected manner, the lady who “helped” me in HR, simply said, that has nothing to do with us, we can’t help you. Feeling unsure of where to go from there, she had no solution besides saying, you need to get with a tax accountant and proceeds to hang up. She was rude and, just like my former employer with Capstone, was extremely unprofessional throughout the duration of the conversation. If I can recommend anything to anyone, do not ever work for this company. I have no issues working and I’m a reliable and loyal employee, but Capstone is hands down, the worst company I have ever worked for, if I could give them 0 stars I would"

"ALWAYS the SLOWEST. ALWAYS the MOST EXPENSIVE. Trash can of a lumper service. They Charge $200-$500 to sit around and play on their phones. Embarrassing excuse of a lumper service. Any shipper/receiver that uses them IMMEDIATELY gets blacklisted in our system."

"When you pay between 300 to 500$ for an unload that can take 2 to 12 hours you should get your money's worth. They should already sweep your trailer. Nope they don't. Not only do they waste your clock on unloading the only fat thing they do is take your money. This is a joke of a company that should be investigated. Not only do truckers have brokers typing us off but now we have lumpers as well. Should be ashamed. Local guys would do this cheaper and faster. But instead companies like this slander and sue them."

"All drivers should start boycotting capstone and any company who uses them. Between the excessive prices and the outrageous unload times that cause drivers to often run out of their legal work clock. They are rip off artists and if enough drivers started banding together and refusing to use them or pay them or even ship to places that use them maybe then we could final do our jobs more efficiently instead of being at their whim. Not to mention the money it would save companies who have to pay their outrageous fees."
