"Unreasonable customer service after selling expired food item On November 5th, I purchased an expired food item from your store without realizing. I mean, who would expect the groceries sitting on the counter to be expired for couple months? When I contacted customer service to request a refund, they told me that I would need to bring the item back to the store within seven days. I live eight hours away from the store, so this is an unreasonable demand. I have attached pictures of the expiration date of the product and the receipt with the purchase date on, which I am happy to provide as evidence. I am requesting a full refund for the expired food item without having to return it to the store. I am also requesting that you investigate this matter and take steps to ensure that expired food items are not being sold to customers in the future. I expect a timely response to this complaint. If I do not receive a satisfactory response within seven days, I will be forced to take further legal action. The reason I am writing this review is not about the money but the unprofessional attitude of the employee treating current situation. Utterly disappointed."
