"It's no longer Panalpina, it is AERO Logistics that has 2 buildings with the 561 address, i chose the first building and i chose correctly.... I had a 1pm appointment, I had tried calling the night before, tried 4 different numbers, all 4 ended with that, this number is not in service (now I know why). I wanted to call to see the earliest i could arrive for a 1pm appointment. The next day when I arrived I had asked, apparently you can arrive as early as 8am, when they open. They did load me nice and quick, and I was on my way. Docking can be tricky if other sleeper trucks are already docked, most trucks docked are Day Cab....overall, good experience"
