"Horrible time to get your taxes done during non-tax season and over prices there services"

"The woman who filed my taxes for me at this location, Ashley was less than helpful and very rude and impatient. I arrived for my appointment 15 minutes early. I informed the front desk associate, "I'm here for my 1:00 appointment with Ashley." As soon as her name comes out of my mouth I hear her suck her teeth behind me. I saw she had food in her hand. I assume she was about to eat and was annoyed that I arrived early. I understand being hungry at work and not being able to take a lunch break however, I would never let a client know or see my frustration. It was very evident with her. She barely even said hi. I should have gone with my gut and went to the tax place I originally had in mind. I know better for next year at least."
