Myers Shipping To The Caribbean

"Pros: Great customer service, clean facility, and friendly staff. The package that I shipped had all of the contents. Nothing was missing! Thank God. Cons: I packed a large box at their location on Saturday, December 2nd. I was told the box will be shipped on Monday, December 4th, and it would take 2-3 weeks to get to Jamaica. On December 12th, I received a phone call asking if I would like to change my shipping destination to another port in Jamaica. I thought it was halfway across the water by now. The warehouse in Jamaica called on January 15th, saying that my box was ready for pickup. It took over 1 month and 2 weeks to receive what I shipped."

"So i made an appointment on Friday June 9th for pick up on Saturday morning(Today) and was told i would get a call back. No call back up to 1 pm on Saturday. I called and told the agent i was leaving for home(Jamaica) at 3:00 and she assured me that the team will assist. I have been calling since 2:30 and no answer. Is there a reliable company out there? No one even call to say anything....."

"I love Myers Shipping, the employees are very nice, and helpful. One of the things I love the most is that you can pack your barrel, and or box in the warehouse at Myers Shipping, they will hold it for up to one week before they charge you for storage until you're ready to ship your barrel, or box. The cost for the barrel, box, and to ship it off to Jamaica in my opinion is affordable, also normally it's ready to be picked up in about 2 weeks after shipping. THIS DOES NOT APPLY WHEN SHIPPED OFF DURING THE CHRISTMAS SEASON. It takes a longer time. I suggests if you want to receive your barrel, or box before Christmas, you should ship at least one month prior. Thanks Myers Shipping for all you have done for me, Janet B."
