You have the option to pick your own loads also and if you do not feel safe with an area it's not forced dispatch. Affordable rates on health insurance. The Equipment is maintained fairly well. Depending on where you live they can have you home everyday, or every other week. Never had an issue with my check or getting home late. Overall the best company I've worked for."
