"Recently got my car shipped with Ralph the pickup date was April 8 I was ensured that the car could be dropped if in 2 days by April 11 I didn’t get my vehicle until the fifteenth . First I never received a invoice from the transaction so I had to call and get that and the driver’s information and it was like pulling teeth. There was no active communication between the driver and the company I couldn’t get ahold Of anyone for a few days., it was only after threatening to report the car stolen that I finally got a reply from the company and driver. The driver then said he had broken down three different times in three different states, thought I’m not sure that is true but I still payed the full price 550.00."

"We have transported a ton of vehicles with Ralph and American Auto Transport, and the most recent just topped it off for me because he screwed my customer $150.00 and has decided not to reply or refund him the money. As business owner we always want to make sure the quote is accurate for our clients. He quoted me $650.00 then spoke to the actual transporter and she advised me that the broker had already agreed and signed the form and the transport was actually $800.00! My client had to call the police because they would release his car however, i told him do not worry I will refund you the $150.00 from our pocket so you can get your car since this company that i trusted did not want to refund you."

"The quote was great, the service when I got the quote was great, and that's where it ended. They charged me more at delivery than what they stated, they hadn't found a driver and didn't bother to tell me so the day I was supposed to get my vehicle picked up came and went, their customer service is horrible, and multiple times they told me they would call me back with answers on the money or when the car was getting picked up and never did. 0 follow through. It took me over 18 calls between 3 days to even get half the answers I was looking for. That and they didn't even bother to send me an invoice of the "new price" that had come up because of weather. I will never use this company again and frankly 1 star is nice for it."

"A week after my cancellation with them because of their terrible service in locating a driver, they charged me $100 and then they charged me $120 straight after the first charge (their cancellation policy clearly states that they won’t charge a dime if they couldn’t find a driver within a couple of days, I spent 2 weeks waiting.) I am currently filing a lawsuit but after some digging, it turned out that this alleged “Georgia based company” is actually based out of Colombia (and I am talking about the country not the district). If you wanna get ripped off great place to start."

"Trustworthy, affordable and professional. I had been wanting to get my Prius moved for 3 weeks but no one could confirm a driver for me, United American got a driver confirmed with an hour. Picked up on time and delivered without any issues. Will use them again!"
