"The worst, they audit bol's and if it is REMOTELY close to anything being non commercial...added charges. It can be a wine warehouse that has tanks to make the wine, but charged a electricity field charge to invoice.....and if there is a WAREHOUSE that has trees or homes any where near it, considered residential. They just piggy back off of google earth and maps work to make $$. Not even there own research....."
"I sent in for a rate request for a few family things. Enough that it does not fill up a 10' x 5' storage space. Maybe a pallet and a half of boxes of photos, paper work etc. This was wanting to be sent from Talent, Oregon to Cincinnati, Oh. My quote from them was: $4,445.00. Being an ex - trucker I can recognize price gouging. But not everybody can tell that difference, besides they should not be toot,n there horn about, being reputable they are. Stay away!"
