"Not sure if this is the exact facility that delivered my Samsung Range and didnt hook up the range and take the other away. They cost me an additional 125 dollars to hire a professional plumber to check my gas line as they said it was in bad shape and dangerous to install the new range. Licensed plumber I hired laughed and said he had heard the same story a couple of weeks earlier. Range has not been installed as the two never returned or called me back. I can say think twice about Samsung E-Commerce and Forward Air before buying from Samsung. Sending everything back and will deal with a company I can trust."

"NO!!! My delivery was scheduled for yesterday the 5th. Waited in my house from 7am-7pm since that is the delivery window they gave me and nobody showed up or called. Called again today and they informed me that they ran out of time yesterday so the earliest date they can deliver my appliances is the 11th!!!! Are you serious??? Why are they still in business??? It is beyond frustrating."
"I purchased $4300 worth of appliances from Home Depot and was assigned *Forward Air Final Mile* as the delivery service to deliver the appliances. I was given a window and tracking for these appliances but they did not arrive nor was I communicated to. I need my appliances ASAP. I have been on hold for 22 mins waiting for an update and everyone is showing little to no interest that my appliances have vanished from the planet. This is unacceptable! I need my appliances delivered by today or tomorrow--no exceptions. Why would the appliances not deliver on the date scheduled a month prior? Why would I not be contacted if there was an issue, and why have the appliances not delivered since the 4th?!!!!!! I spoke with an* Erin* who offered no apology for the failure to deliver and I was told that the Site Manager never answers their phone so they will rely on waiting for a call back to get BACK on the delivery schedule. I have been waiting for an answer since 9/4 and today is 9/7 and NO ONE has answers!!"
"DO NOT use this company for freight, my package has been sitting at ATL airport since Wednesday morning (its now Saturday evening). After numerous calls they finally agreed to deliver it today between 10 and 2pm, then didn't show up. I now have to wait over the long weekend for something I really needed for July 4th and would have been here days ago if they actually did the one thing they are paid to do....deliver something!"
