"Dont recommend you guys do business with AJC. Its like working with robots. No remorse for drivers what so ever. Experience: Had a evening pickup out of Jersey and the shipper told the driver that the load was cancelled and that the broker should have notified him not to even come to the pickup. No one from AJC bothered to let us know. I came in the office the next morning writing Thomas Bryan a hefty email asking why we werent notified. His response was just sending a TONU. I asked him to explain to me why his after hours team didnt notify us of the cancelation, he flat out lied and told me he "just found out this morning " but the shipper told us the broker was notified? lol I told him to send us a layover since we LAID the truck OVER for the next day because of their stupid mistake. His response? " No. Tonu all i can. Thanks " If you ask me some companies dont really deserve to still be in business."

"7: 10 am I call leave VM no return call 7:20 call again to have them tell me they just booked the load with someone else right b4 me . Wait you don't listen to your VM messages PURE LAZY ,try to get me to go to Tx"
