"I filed my taxes with this location in early February. I received a letter from the IRS in late March stating that they had been filed incorrectly, and that I would be getting over $2000 less than the H&R rep had stated. This would be entirely acceptable if the rep had actually known the accurate stimulus amounts a family of 3 was supposed to receive. Which, they clearly didn't. I showed all documentation and even reviewed my bank statements from the entire previous year to ensure that I provided the necessary information. When I called to notify this location of the discrepancy, I was blamed. I asked if any negative action would be taken against me by the IRS, and they ignored the question. I was told that I should've reviewed bank statements and provided the proper documentation. Which I did. And when I informed the extremely rude woman who took my call of this, she stated that it was just the IRS adjustment because I probably hadn't provided the correct information. Your employee improperly filed my taxes, and your attitude to customer service is piss poor."

"Called for up front pricing and was quoted $169. Sounded good, as I've paid them over $350/year for 10 years. Went to have them prepared 30 minutes later and the actual price was $363. Client Services said they would help me but NO. Good bye HR Block. And the coupons I get in the mail to refer a friend to give them a discount.....ridiculous. what about your current "clients""
