"Stay away from this company"

"In Miami I went to one of their offices. to register my truck, they asked me for 1,500.00 dollars for the license plate and they told me go to the yard and remove the license plate from another truck that was parked there and wait and I will find you a driver. I waited a month and a half and they never called me, I put the truck to work at another company. I called them to give them back their badge and to get my 1500 back. and they told me that after they register a license plate they cannot put it on another truck and that they could not return the money. and that the plate was no longer useful to them. (but I removed it from another truck with a 2007 sticker. This is 2020.)
