"Do yourself a favor and do not buy an appliance through any big box store that uses JB Hunt. The installers are not certified electricians or plumbers. They are glorified truck drivers. We had an installation scheduled for Saturday. He showed up at 7am and immediately said he couldn't perform the installation of our new dishwasher because he needed a longer drain/discharge tube and supply line. After spending all day on the phone with the manager at Home Depot they couldn't get anyone out that day or until Tuesday. The Jb Hunt installer came on Tuesday and pulled the old dishwasher out and found the wiring was in the way of the new dishwasher. I t was an easy less than 10 minute chip some wood flooring. It gets better. When the installer came out for the third time to install he found that the installer before him had left the supply line off and it had leaked into the basement all night and severe damage to our basement. Home Depot takes no responsibility and Jb Hunt is giving us the run around. Meanwhile we have water damage. Buy from a local small appliance company. They think outside the box and they are certified."

"To make a long story short, I bought a lawn mower. The first time they came out but didn't have my mower. Three more times I was scheduled for delivery. Three times no one showed up or called. I had to call to find out it hadn't even been picked up. I work evenings and scheduled a 6 to 10 delivery. I don't get to bed until 1am. Four times I woke up at 6am to be ready for them. Four times. I received nothing. I ended up having to go pick it up myself. Very unprofessional and disrespectful of my time."

"Had JB hunt deliver a dishwasher. Three people showed up. Very unprofessional. One person said he didn’t have the tool to install the dishwasher. It is shocking because the installation and removal of old unit is part of a standard deal. I told them I understand and even tried to cheer them up. Gave them a $30 tip because it is a holiday time. They gave me a phone number and asked me to call the next day and they would come back in the afternoon. No wonder. No response. The installation and removal costs almost $200. I later called kitchenaid to cancel the order and told them it is not the dishwasher but the shockingly poor service of JB hunt."
