"Nice grocery store usually clean, neat and organized at times it can be a bit congested. I’ve visited a couple other Publix in major cities such as Atlanta Georgia, Orlando Florida where they have many different choices and a variety of products and produce and the stores are all displayed differently. At This location it’s a smaller southern feel which is nice. I did have an issue where one of the cashiers gave me back the wrong change, and I didn’t recognize the mistake until I got home a couple of days later and begin to count my money. I first called to address the issue and make management aware. I also went back to the store to inform customer service but I didn’t feel as if my issue/concern was taken seriously or a priority. I was given the runaround I went from one manager to the next the first manager that helped me she didn’t seem very concerned, I told her I had absolutely no reason to lie, and this money was rightfully mine and also I gave them my permission to run the tape from the amount of money I had given the cashier so they could know I was not lying but besides that my overall experience at this Publix has been OK. Some of the customer service could be a bit more helpful, especially by being in a very smaller rural area but overall experience is fine."

"Very nice Publix! Very nice employees. Well maintained and stocked. We stopped by to find some sports peppers but we had to substitute for these. They say hot but they are not. Great flavor overall! It's about the meat anyway. We had Chicago style Italian beef sandwiches."

"I popped in, thinking I could do as I have done at Walmart before, and got a sheet cake to put a few designs and congrats on it. They had only 1 that I could try to work with, if I took the flowers off. They had no plain sheet cakes. So, I asked the lady if she could remove the flowers, and add what I needed. She was quick, and not very kind, to tell me NO! I chose the cake anyway, had her write on it, but she still used the wrong color. I did not say anything, but thank you. I asked her to make a small symbol of a paramedic, she said no. I paid for the cake, brought it home, took the flowers off, and completely redecorated it myself. I also went down the isles looking for cake topping decor. An employee was very nice and told me all the store had was candles and sprinkles. Oh my! Do not go to Publix if you want to grab a quick sheet cake with congrats on it. Go to Walmart!"

"Great grocery store, authentic products and prices. If you are into gourmet foods, organic or anything in between, they have it. The meats are top notch and such a variety of produce. The vegetables and fruits looks so beautiful and fresh! Wandering through this store will make you think twice about eating out all the time and make your own meals. This large beautiful store had everything we needed. The store was so clean, well organized and staff is friendly. Much nicer than my store at home. For those that are traveling it is located couple minutes from all the hotels in the aérea. I was so impressed with the bakery….what a beautiful decor on the cakes; the staff was so amazing! And they have a wine (testing) and cheese section…I have never seeing this in other locations throughout Georgia and Florida. The service quality was truly exceptional, I can’t wait to come back."
