"The company it's self is good but, their safety and financial department is horrible if your doing LP. Safety doesn't want to hear what you have to say and if it's not to their likings, they will team up on you. To them, it's their way or the highway. How can a governed truck at 70 run 75 in a 55 in the middle of rush hour on I 4 in Orlando? Their answer, we will turn it down to 68. When you ask for help in financial department, they say get with you DM and get better loads after your pay goes from $1,000 to $2,000 down to $600 or $100 or $500 and it's at Christmas time. Then, when you have no choice but to leave, you loose all of your escrow and refuses to give you your last paycheck for 2 weeks. That's their Christmas present to their driver. You better make sure you walk a straight line or they will push you out, the company needs to do some cleaning up in their safety and financial LP department."

"As a driver I find this to be a pretty good place to work, depending on who your dispatcher is they tend to be pretty hands off and don't micromanage you and actually let you do your job. Some dispatchers can be hard to get ahold of when you need them. been here a year and like it so far. I've had a few payroll hiccups, mostly due to transflo issues, but a call to payroll fixed them promptly."
