"Please beware of this company! The driver asked for a code for lumper fees. Henry White said the person who issues isn't available to process a code. However, I stated if the driver pays lumper fees the factoring company fees will have to be reimbursed. Henry White states, they are not responsible for my company extra factoring company fees. Which I stated, the drivers aren't responsible for lumper fees to be paid out of their pockets. Brokers are taking all they can from the drivers. This has to change. These brokers have never worked in a warehouse and do not understand the driver's job! They are clearly just pencil pushers. We have to stand together and fight for better rates. They are taking all the money and doing no work to get it!"

"We took a load for them 3 months ago, not paid. Our factory says no payment from them, they have nothing show that they make the payment. We called them many times and answered with disrespect, We come to the point to claim on their bond. Bad company"

They will find a way how to under pay you, and use most non sense reasons to charge. We hauled a load for them and were charged $250 for being late. My solo driver delievered for them next day on over 800 mile load. stretched out his ELD to a minute."

"If I can give this place no stars I would. Broker that I don't need taking more from my load didn't call to check in and now I have to sit on a load for 3 day! They now on their job. Carriers don't need a Broker or a dispatch! Both are worthless and just middle men that don't know anything about driving, sit behind a desk collect money for our work! Trash"
