"Not sure where the miscommunication lies, but no one is perfect so it must be with both my carrier and this warehouse. They are a first come first serve shipper. But if there's insufficient communication, you may find this place, or your carrier, or somewhat of both, made a sort of "race" out of you and multiple other drivers on a single loaded trailer, despite your dispatched load information, and whoever gets here first gets the trailer, while everyone else winds up with no freight. My carrier sometimes sends me 300 empty miles all the way here, and empty miles are always paid miles, but I have come to low expectations with this warehouse as far as there actually being an existent load when coming here."

"I was treated very well, not a problem at all I drove around the area looking for the office to check in at, I saw an open door and went to it to ask for directions and found out that was the place I needed."

"Other than the dirt lot, which can get pretty nasty when it rains, this place is pretty cool. Both times has been drop and hook for me. I think it's that way for all of them. Check in, drop your empty along the far back row with the doors open and tandems slid to the back, hook to your new trailer, and go back and get your paperwork. If it's daytime, you'll get all you need from the office. They are pretty nice in there. At night I'm told the paperwork will be in the mailbox. I have not been here at night yet. All in all a great shipper."
