"This company does not respond to calls. A consultant came out, was suppose to email me the quote but they never did. I tried calling the consultant, but he never got back with me. I tried calling the office, and kept getting the voicemail."

"This company will come into your business and pull out a parts of your machine to make it not work. They don't respond to calls about repairs and inquires about getting more chemicals. They had a broken heating element in one of the machines and kept telling us that the reason the machine was not working was due to our water heater. I ended up calling a plumber, spending $600, to only be told that our water heater was fine. This no heating element lasted for over 4 months when they finally figured it out. They kept telling me well the chemicals will be enough."
