"After paying $1,133.00 in fees to H&R Block. I have the IRS & GA Taxpayer service after me for more than $1,600.00 in fees and interest. New to this State and very dissatisfied with H$R$B$L$O$C$K their fees and now service as noone wants to even look at whats wrong. Great H&R Block striving to be the best, would've meant, you taking my calls on how to resolve the error your company caused. I will never return. Nicest only until errors with the IRS and state!!! Don't respond to remind me of the horror you caused only to act as if you cared on any of the horror moment spent with the IRS and GA State Department."

"It's been a couple of years since this happened, but it still needs to be said so someone else might be able to avoid it happening to them. I always get my taxes done as soon as I get my information. That said, my visit here was no exception. But, after no refund came in the mail for the next two months, and up to a week for the tax deadline, I went back to H&R Block to see if they could look up the status of my refund, only to find out that, although they did my taxes, they never sent them off. So I had literally a week to get my taxes in through the mail."

"An online appointment did not help here. The Preparer was running over from his previous appointment and had to leave halfway through mine. I am just glad I was informed of this before we got started. And they did offer to let me start with one preparer and finish with another. I am at a competitor's place of business now and the preparer here is quite thorough and seems to value what little bit of a fee I am paying for their guidance."
