"After 7 years, our LED television finally gave up. I did not want to go to Walmart or drive to Tallahassee for a new one as we have no Best Buy in Thomasville or electronics store. Found Sound Works and talked with Darrel, the owner. He ordered us a new television and was knowledgeable on what to buy and best price for our budget. Upon settling it up myself I had problems, it has been 7 Years and a lot has changed. Samsung CS was helpful but I still had issues. Called Darrel and he walked me through it, while he was doing another job. And talked to me in terms I could understand. Wow that’s customer service. Thanks Darrel. I now know we have a place in Thomasville to go for new tech."
"If I could do less than one star I would. I brought all my equipment needed for my speaker system. All they had to do was hook it up and run the wires. Aparently, a power, remote, speaker and ground wire costs $270 and 6 hours to install. No one answers the phone. Poor customer service. They are the only place in town but trust me, take your hard earned money elsewhere."
"Not the type of Customer Service I was looking for. I was approaching to open the door, and I hear it lock. I try to open it and yes the door was locked during business ours. I immediately called the office “Rodney” answers the phone and tells me they are open. Then I hear the door once again Unlocks. I hang up the phone and they spoke to me outside the building. I guess they don’t want me in the building During business ours. I was standing outside talking to one of the people that works there. Overall the Customer service that was provided to me was not what I was looking for I don’t know what they were hiding in the building that did not let me in and locked the door when I was going inside. Once again this was all During business ours around 12:30 Pm Galatians 6:7 - For whatever a person is sowing, this he will also reap."
