"Wasted my time. I have a two week old and submitted all documents ahead of time in order to be as quick as possible for him. I get there and they tell me that I’m unable to file until i get further documentation for my baby. That is completely fine, but it is unacceptable that they didn’t message me in my HR Block portal or try and contact me in any way to let me know. So i packed up a baby, gathered my documents, and found when i arrived at the office that they couldn’t do anything for me."

"I made an appointment for 2/24 @ 5:30p with Linda Brown. Got there on time, waited until 5:50p and Linda never showed. When I asked the lady at the counter she asked me to wait. She called and apparently she was on her way. The receptionist kept talking on the with her on the phone but never informed me that she was coming or anything. When I stood up at the counter and asked her why did I have to wait for her she said the system assigned me to her. I asked her for someone else who could help me. There was another lady not helping everyone and just standing at the counter. The receptionist went to give her my documents and she just looked at them and just started mumbling with her. I got so upset about the lack of respect that I just said to them “ it’s ok, i need to go since I have another appointment and don’t want to be late. She said ok and turned to the lady. I had to ask her for my documents because she just put them to the side. I always make appointments and always make sure I arrive on time so I don’t alter someone else’s time and I expect the same in return. The fact that I had to wait about 30 minutes and then for them to act so unprofessional really made me feel very disappointed. I’m going to another H & R Block today. Let see my experience with this one. Wish me luck."

"Jean Conrad put an incorrect account number on my tax form. And it delayed my refund. Please be careful everyone and double check everything. She’s a nice person…..she’s just not computer savvy! UPDATE…..I see the response below…..if I need help contact the number. Must be a generic response…..Again my refund was delayed due to an incorrect account number entered. There’s nothing that can be done to fixed that….unless you want to refund my $239 fee. And Jean had the audacity to leave me a phone message saying she always verify the account numbers….Lies just to cover her a$$, because I sent the account number by email and showed her the account number was correct in the email…….So if your not going to send me a refund for the $239 fees I paid for the screw up. Don’t even bother responding!!!!"
