"In August 2023, my cousin bought a Buick SUV from Andre Agent of Bargain King Motor LLC. We were told that the car was perfectly running; however, after 2 weeks of use, the Ac went and a couple of pieces needed to be replaced. After contacting Andre, he told us that these were minor issues and he would be taking care of them. One day later, the vehicle stalled in the middle of the road and did not turn back on. The vehicle was towed to my residence and Andre was contacted and he promised that he will tow the car to his place to have it fixed. Well, he towed the car 5 days after the day he has promised. To make the story short, I have to say, that as of today January 28th 2024, after hundreds of excuses and lies coming from Andre Harvey, my cousin still does not have the car he was promised to be given nor his money back as he has requested several time to pay his individual. In conclusion, the individual who owns and/or run the dealership, Andre N. Harvey, does not know the meaning of the word “integrity”, because if he does, he would have had this issue resolved a long time ago. Consumers, please be aware, do not go to this place that is really a legal business made out to steal your money."

"He is Thief and a liar.. For months now, he has owed us money for replacing a motor in one of the Buicks that he has already sold. And he responds with these text, saying he's going to pay and then leaves you on red.. He's very Unprofessional . He kept saying his wife had it and was gonna send it, so we assume she kept it. And then yesterday, he said he was at the bank and was going to send it and then never responded again.."

"Brought a car from this guy and it started smoking the next day then it completely stopped working within a month he had the car towed to get it fixed because it was still under warranty it has been 4 months he has the car and the money and he is refusing to tell me where the car is"

"Worst experience EVER. If it were possible, I’d give -5 stars. Owner, Andre, is unprofessional and has no sense of customer service. First, we were sold a lemon. Vehicle was filthy, owner Andre insisted he’d detail it and never did. Vehicle wouldn’t drive not even 24hrs later. Took over two months for them to fix and still never cleaned it out. Owner promised us a different vehicle since that one clearly isn’t reliable and never followed through. The only communication we received was if we called him every day, multiple times a day. It’s been six months and we NEVER GOT THE VEHICLE. Needless to say we told him we’d keep the original vehicle and sell it ourselves. If you decide to conduct business with this shop, be prepared for disappointment."

"My friend purchased a car and the owner’s son, who does not work there, told her that all the car needed was power steering fluid. The car barely turns because the power steering pump needs to be completely replaced. A service that would cost at least $500. People that are related to the business shouldn’t be involved in sales if they’re going to deceive customers. This car isn’t worth what she paid regardless, but especially considering the work it needs.. The sale took too long to complete as well. If you’re a business of integrity and this was an honest mistake, I think it would be fair to allow her to trade for a car that’s actually worth the money. And the owner never even mentioned the issue in the first place."
