"THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST TAXI SERVICE EVERRRR! I was in Lithonia and was looking to use a taxi service because I had cash. I called several other companies but no one answered but this company. At first I was VERY GRATEFUL that they even answered and was sending a car. Before the dispatcher (WHO WAS THE SOURCE OF THE PROBLEM) even sent a taxi, he asked where I was at and where I was going!!! I REPEATED BOTH ADDRESSES TWICE TO THIS MAN PLUS…. He said he was about to text me so I could send him the address I was at via TEXT! He QUOTED ME 45$!! Once the taxi gets there the driver was very polite and welcoming no lie! He asked where I was going and put the address in the GPS. We were having a pleasant conversation when he received a call and says he has to answer it. The driver is from Haiti so he’s speaking French on the phone(I can’t understand). While he’s still on the phone, a strange number calls me but at first I didn’t answer because I don’t know the number. The number calls again I answer and the UNPROFESSIONAL DISPATCHER tells me it’s going to be 60$!!! By then we’re are already on the expressway!!! I tell him I’m upset and this is unprofessional because if he would’ve quoted me 60$ On the phone, I WOULDVE CALLED SOMEONE ELSE!!! He is literally on the phone arguing with me about MY address to MY house I told him I was headed to from Lithonia GA!! These people are scammers and tried to OVERCHARGE ME BY 20$!! I will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE! They will Overcharge you!! Wish I could put HALF A STAR!!"

"Worst cab company ever! Very creepy and unprofessional!!! First of all I called the cab company for a customer as I was on my way out and waiting for my Uber to arrive in 8 mins. I let her stay on the phone with them as long as I could, but I had to go when the Uber got there. She hung up with them and the company called me back from a different number. After I explained that I wasn't with the customer anymore and gave him a very good description of her (she was in a wheelchair and wearing distinctive clothing), he called me back some mins later to say they still hadn't found her. I told him that I can't help him and then he proceeded to fuss at me that if someone asks for help and I can't stay with them to just say no. I didn't need any lessons about doing a good deed so I promptly said goodbye. You would think that would be the end of the conversation, (I mean there is no more business for us to discuss: the woman and I aren't together, I don't need a cab) but no! This crazy man texts my phone talking about "I know what you did, Thx tho" and some mins later with an "I'll pray for you". What is wrong with this man? He has to be crazy. After I responded with a leave me alone, he still texted back! He's blocked but long story short, don't use this cab company. They are creepy people who are extremely unprofessional!! If you get a call from a number ending in 6900, don't answer. It's an unprofessional jerk, who apparently runs the phone lines. So you can't even make a complaint! Don't use this cab company!!!!!"

"Never Never Never use this company. The drive took 40 minutes to get to me. When he pulled up a lady was blowing her horn and saying he almost hit her. We got into the car to go 3 miles round-trip and I asked if he put a meter on her said no it was a $10 minimum. Ok, $10 make sense for a 8 minute round trip ride. On the way back he says it's $21 dollars, wait..you didn't even put the meter on I said. He responded it's tripple the price for a cab than what you would pay a Uber. The only reason I didn't try Uber would would have been at my house in less than 10 minutes was because I keep getting kicked out of my account. Well I am about to make sure my account is updated correctly now so I never have to deal with anyone outside of them ever again."
