He was understanding, courteous and speedy in how he handled the situation. They repaired the vehicle and had me back on the road. "Had some nice cars, down payment is not bad neither is the payments. Customer service is very bad. They don't tell you you have to live with in an hr range to buy from them until u done drove the car and try to pay and do paper work but was able to fig a way to get it and after getting the car with in 3 days I had a wrench light pop up causing it to shut down spent almost 1000 dollors to get it fixed and they would not split the money all they said is shouldn't had bought a expensive vehicle. So I wouldn't ever buy from here again."

When life happens they are always willing to work with you. Last car I bought from them they went the entire last 7 months without a payment until I received my taxes and paid them in full.
