"I have only been here once. I came in with a problem with my radio. I had gone to a competitor to have the work done originally. The radio always stayed on even when I shut the car off. I had to turn it off manually. I went inside and explained my issue to the man behind the counter. He said I think I know what the problem is and I’d be glad to look at it for you. He had to reset the radio by pulling the fuse and putting it back in. I asked him if I owed him anything and he said no. This is the kind of customer service that will gain you a customer for life and keep in mind I had not spent any money with this company.
