When my wife and I were not able to get to the dealership until the weekend due to our job commitments, Jimmy and Jennifer drove 2 hours to deliver the car to our home. This level of customer service is rare these days, and very much appreciated!"

"Excellent customer service! Quick and efficient service. Only down side is I placed a service order online for a Full Synthetic oil change, but I received a synthetic blend instead. Honest mistake or computer system error maybe."

"I was able to get my car in on the same day that I called the service center. They inspected and corrected all my fluids. They rotated all tires and made sure that all tire pressures were correct. My oil and filter were changed. They inspected my brake pads and rotors. After all the work was accomplished, they detailed my TownCar to perfection. I have been using King service department for years and definitely will continue to do so."

"Update: King Ford has taken my car and fixed every detail. Perhaps my expectations were too high from a Lincoln dealer but they have since rectified the issues and will hopefully pay better attention to detail and communicate better in the future. When you purchase a Lincoln, it is supposed to be above par service from the dealer. Original review: If like me, you expect that, find another dealer. Service manager is arrogant and barely speaks and seems to dismiss a woman customer. They never have a loaner and I get to return again on Monday (3rd time) for the same issue only they actually gave it back to me in worse shape. Such a shame as I thought this dealer would our dealer for life. Live and learn I suppose. They should just stop selling luxury vehicles if they can't hold their end of the bargain. The female in service department is very nice. Only one photo attached because it would have taken a minimum of 10 to show the sloppy work and lack of care."
