"I purchased a trailer from them, and my roommate stole all my keys, titles, and registration after we had a fallout. I reached back out to them just for a copy of everything, and they REFUSE to help me. Mind you this is the SECOND trailer I've purchased from them with the first one with no issues. 4000 down the drain! Lesson learned and Never again!!"

"UPDATE: The "owner" replied, so I'm attaching the bill of sale with the number and the sale date (if you can't see them here they are under google maps photos of the business). Call the number and you will see that it is for the "tire" shop . . . that also sells cars! They have 2 locations, one in Morrow and one in Stone Mountain. See . . . . .very SHADY business practices!!! THE WORSE! If I could give them negative stars I would! Went there to purchase a 2004 Mercedes Benz. Brought the car with the assurance that it was looked over and in good condition. We purchased it (like dummies) and so far have put over $800 into fixing the car. The mechanic we took it to said that there was so much detail work that it was difficult to tell if certain parts were actually replaced or just painted over. Aside from that, they put on aftermarket breaks (they said they were manufacture breaks), missed sensors on the tires, and did not replace the filter cover over the battery (amongst other things)! Also, we DO NOT have our tag because they have not gone to the courthouse to submit the paperwork. When calling, the only thing the guy says (Matt or Jerry Wallace) is that they have 30 days. BUT, the night we purchased the vehicle he said to give them a few days. I recently called this morning and spoke with the same guy and now his story changed and he said that "people" (who they are I have NO IDEA) go that way to submit the tag if they have enough and that he is not in charge of that!? When I told him that he was the middle man and I wanted to speak with the person in charge of it, he said they would call me back. I then reiterated that I wanted a call back from the people in charge of making sure we get our tag and that I did not wish to speak with him and HE HUNG UP! Then the owner called and was just as rude! They have NO customer service skills. As I'm trying to explain what is going on she is constantly talking over me, not listening, and then my husband got the phone to try to explain. She got extremely defensive (said she's not doing this), restated they had 30 days, said she had another appointment, and hung up the phone! Now we see where the employees get their behavior from! Such as terrible shame that the OWNER (Yvette Matthews) could not even listen to a complaint, and if she was so pressed for time she could have called when she had more time; although the conversation only lasted about 6 minutes. AND we never received our temporary tag and we paid for warranty but it never went through! Such a HORRIBLE business and I would steer clear from ever doing business with them again. They are liars in all regards and I hope that the business fails due to the unethical, yet somehow legal, practices! We will be reporting them to every agency out there with the hopes that this will NEVER happen again!"
