"Do not go here for tax help! We had a horrible experience . We went in to do our taxes a couple of weeks in advance. We brought all the paperwork we needed. They told us we needed more, so we collected more and brought it back. They still were unable to complete our taxes. After several frustrating interactions, we decided to go to another branch. The other branch completed everything for us in a matter of hours and we were happy. Two days later, the manager of this branch called us and when he found out that we finished our taxes at another Jackson Hewitt branch, he yelled at us and literally lectured us for mistreating him. I have never experienced such unprofessional, incompetent, rude service."
