"I felt the prejudice from outside the door. The lock on the door looked as if it was locked and the location may have been closed so without pulling on the door I signaled to the associate sitting at the desk asking if they were opened. The associate only stared at me so I pulled the door and walked in. I greeted the associate and asked questions about the service I was looking for. The associate kept looking at me like he didn't even want to speak. after a long pause he said you need an appointment. I walked away. I have filed my taxes with H&R block for six years and have never seen this type of behavior no matter which office I walked in to. That man had me so irritated today. Associates like that is bad for business H&R Block...."
