"Made an appointment for 11 am and sat till 12 to no one showing up till close to 1. The lady that showed up said she doesn't get the appointments and that the hours posted are for all Jackson Hewitt locations that are there own building. Complete waste of my only day off. Why make an appointment if no one will be there?"
